WEST LEIGH BAPTIST CHURCH

Exploring a number of themes including baptism, water and fishing, the windows are a dynamic and important aspect of the architecture of the new £1.3m West Leigh Baptist Church. Changing the ambience of the church both inside and outside at all times of day, the artworks comprise of over one hundred separate double glazed units.  Whilst the building provides many uses for the community, the cupola, which includes the depiction of doves in flight, acts as a beacon within the vicinity of the London Road. Architect: Mathews Sergeant
